One morning I woke up with severe pain in both my feet and ankles. My wrists ached and tingled, and my fingers and hands were very stiff. I could barely walk or move my hands. I was hunched over like an old lady, holding on to furniture just to get around.

For months I was in so much pain that I could barely take care of my kids, much less play with them. I was so exhausted that I could barely make it through the day. I was terrified that this might be my reality for the rest of my life.

When doctors were unable to provide a diagnosis, I decided to take control of my own health by changing my diet and lifestyle using the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP).

In just over three weeks, I was able to completely reverse my symptoms. The excruciating joint pain subsided, I had energy to play with my kids, and the weight started to melt away.

What is an autoimmune disease anyway?

Autoimmune disease occurs when your immune system starts attacking healthy tissue in your body instead of foreign invaders, like viruses and bacteria.

The area that’s being attacked determines which disease you’re diagnosed with. For example, Multiple Sclerosis is when the body is attacking the nervous system, and Hashimoto’s is when the thyroid is being attacked.

Coaching begins with this 90-minute initial interview where we address your health concerns, medical/family history, current medications and supplements, detailed symptom information, assessment results, and food journal.

Recommendation Session

We will work together to design a personalized dietary and lifestyle protocol that addresses your health concerns and moves you toward your long-term health goals.
