12 oz. brewed Sip coffee substitute
1⁄4 – 1⁄2 cup coconut milk
1 1⁄2 tbsp date or maple sugar
2 tsp honey (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
1. In a small saucepan, combine Sip coffee substitute and coconut milk until hot. Whisk in your sugar and honey until dissolved.
2. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt. If desired,top with AIP Whipped Cream.
3. Pour into your favorite mug, Sip and enjoy!
