AIP Whipped Cream

1 cup coconut cream (Let’s Do Organic Heavy Coconut Cream makes the stiffest whipped cream)
2 T honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 scoop collagen


1. Chill can of coconut cream overnight to get the best whip!
2. Add all ingredients to a medium mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer for 3 – 5 minutes, or until ingredients start to stiffen.
3. Pour into a ziploc bag and cut off one of the bottom corners. Squeeze the whipped cream onto your favorite dessert!
4. For best results, let chill for several hours or overnight before serving.
