AIP Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 can additive-free full-fat coconut milk

1 cup canned pumpkin

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

1 T maple syrup

1/2 T blackstrap molasses (optional)

2 t cinnamon

1/2 t ginger

pinch sea salt

2 T collagen

 

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together.

Add ice cubes for a thicker smoothie.

Drizzle top with additional syrup, cinnamon, and ginger for a fun treat!
