Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup sweet plantain chips
5-6 medjool dates, pits removed
2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until it comes together as a ball and plantain chips are broken up into tiny pieces.
2. Use hands to roll into bite-sized pieces.
3. Enjoy right away or place in the refrigerator for a few hours and enjoy once cool.
