AIP Cherry Hot Chocolate

1 cup coconut milk
1 cup water
1 tbsp maple or date syrup
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop (or 2 tbsp) Autoimmune Health & Nutrition Paleo Perfection Cherry Chocolate Protein Powder

1.Heat all ingredients except the protein powder in a saucepan on medium heat until just before it boils.
2.Transfer to a blender, add collagen, and blend until frothy. Enjoy!
3.If desired, top with Sweet Apricity Marshmallows or AIP Whipped Cream:
