Ingredients:
Frozen ripe banana
Frozen berries
Coconut cream
Honey or syrup (maple or date)
Sweet Apricity Sea Salted Caramel Sauce
Directions:
- Add a frozen ripe banana and berries to a food processor.
- Add coconut cream (start with 1/2 can then add until desired consistency) and honey or syrup to sweeten.
- Process until smooth and freeze.
- Top with caramel sauce!
Have fun experimenting with other flavors – just substitute the berries!
Cinnamon – Cinnamon & Maple Syrup
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup – Carob Powder & Tigernut Butter
Piña Colada – Pineapple & Mango
Banana Coconut – just leave out the berries!
